Coming soon · For Canadian businesses
One calm place to run a Canadian business.
Merquri is a Canadian business platform in development. We are building it to answer one question for owners: is my business on track, and what needs my attention?
What we’re building
Plain language, from first setup to everyday upkeep.
These are the areas we are designing and building. None of them is available yet.
-
Start or connect
A guided way to set up a new business or bring an existing one in, with questions asked in ordinary words.
-
Structure and records
An organized home for who owns and runs the business and the records behind it, with history kept as things change.
-
Books
A clear view of the money moving through the business, kept in a form an owner and their accountant can both follow.
-
What needs attention
A short list of what to look at next, so obligations are easier to see before they become a surprise.
Where things stand
Merquri is not open yet. There is nothing to sign up for on this page, and we have not announced a launch date.
The product is still being built and reviewed. This page describes what we intend to offer; it is not legal, tax or accounting advice.
